I had just moved into a new neighborhood and was relying on the tracking number to all my packages arriving. Initially there was some trouble with the tracking number and because of that I wasn’t able to grab my package before some thieves did. The seller was super helpful in getting me another one ordered and it arrived just in time for the holidays. It was excellent customer service and I appreciated them doing everything they could to get me another one sent and it got in time before Christmas. The quality is great and I love how it looks! The size is perfect!
